2. Photo & Image Processing (On-Device Only)

• Photo Selection: The app utilizes the modern Android Photo Picker (ACTION_PICK_IMAGES). This system-level picker grants the app temporary access only to the single image you specifically select.
• No Invasive Storage Access: PFP Maker does not require or request broad storage scanning permissions (such as READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).
• Saving Images: When you choose to save your completed profile picture, it is saved directly to your device's public Pictures/PFP Maker directory via standard Android MediaStore Scoped Storage APIs.
• Zero Remote Uploads: No photos or images are ever transmitted to any third-party or developer cloud servers.

3. Information Collected & Third-Party Advertising

PFP Maker is a free application supported by advertisements. To display ads, we integrate Google AdMob:

• Google AdMob: AdMob is provided by Google LLC. To serve ads, AdMob may collect certain non-personally identifiable device data, such as:
  • Device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / GAID)
  • General IP address (used for approximate geolocation for ad delivery)
